Community Dietetics

What we eat has a huge effect on our ability to avoid and fight disease. CSH Surrey's registered dietitians translate scientific information and research about food into practical advice to help people make good lifestyle and food choices. They can also help with food-related problems, and treat disease and ill health.

"I received useful, practical and effective advice."

Outpatient clinics are available at Epsom General Hospital, GP surgeries and various CSH Surrey locations across the mid and north west Surrey area, providing assessment, advice and individualised treatment planning.

We see adults on a one-to-one basis for advice on: losing weight, gaining weight, diabetes, heart disease, digestive problems, allergies and intolerances and other dietary related issues.

To be seen as an outpatient you will need to be referred by a healthcare professional. Unfortunately we cannot give advice to people who have not been referred to us.

We also provide a home enteral feeding service for adults, and a home visiting service for patients who are unable to attend clinics.
