All sites have wheelchair access (a lift is available in locations where a clinic is not held on the ground floor) as well as car parks with disabled parking available.
The Continence Service for north west Surrey is based at St Peters Hospital and runs the following clinics:

- St Peter's Hospital MS Clinic
- Woking Hospital Clinic
- Weybridge Hospital Clinic - relocated to Victoria Ward, Woking Community Hospital following the July fire
- West Byfleet Clinic

Accessing this service
CSH Surrey operates an open referral system, which allows any healthcare professional, individual or their family/carer to refer. To make a referral in the mid Surrey area, please contact the Referral Management Centre (RMC), which is open Monday to Friday 08.00am - 6.00pm (excluding bank holidays):

Who will I see?
The Continence Service comprises registered and unregistered nurses and a physiotherapist with specialist knowledge and skills in continence care and women’s health. They work together to provide advice and clinical expertise for patients with bladder, bowel and pelvic floor dysfunction.
