Calling nurses, therapists and health support workers!

Friday 16 March 2018. CSH Surrey is taking part in a seven day community engagement event in Woking from Monday 19 March to Sunday 26 March 2018.

We are raising the profile of Surrey’s adults' and children’s NHS services, with the aim of recruiting nurses, therapists and health care assistants/support workers to join us - Surrey's largest and longest established NHS community services provider.

Clinicians and others from the services will be available each day on the stand in the Peacock Shopping Centre, outside the H&M and Pandora shops. Two short videos will showcase the important work the teams do, which within our adults' services includes running five community rehabilitation hospitals and 8 community nursing and therapy teams as well as providing specialist nursing services such as Continence and Heart Failure Nursing, and within our children's service ranges from health visiting and school nursing to specialist services such as paediatric therapies (Physiotherapy, Speech and Language Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Dietetics) and three specialist community nursing services for children with more complex nursing needs.

Come along to meet the team and find out more about the special jobs they do and the roles that are available. Read the roadshow newspaper here.
