Like every health provider, CSH is required to publish an annual Quality Account by 30th June, under the 2009 Health Act. As part of this we need to share and consult with key stakeholders on the improvements we intend to focus on. Current suggestions for areas we may look at include pressure damage, end of life care and dementia care.
