Community Diabetes Specialist Nurses (North West Surrey)

The community diabetes specialist nurses provide specialist care for adults with diabetes in North West Surrey. Consultations can be provided face-to-face or remotely, depending upon a person’s individual needs and requirements. Healthcare professionals can refer patients to the service via Single Point of Access (SPA).

The Community Diabetes Specialist Nurses are based at Stephanie Marks Diabetes Centre, St Peters Hospital, Chertsey, KT16 0PZ

They are:

  • Susan Cable – Lead Diabetes Specialist Nurse
  • Rosie Marks – Senior Diabetes Specialist Nurse
