Freedom to Speak Up

Everyone at CSH Surrey is encouraged to speak up when things go wrong, so that lessons can be learned and improvements can be made.

Our Freedom to Speak Up Guardians provide confidential support for anyone with concerns about patient safety and/or the way concerns have been handled.

How to speak up

All current and former employees who are directly employed or engaged by CSH - including volunteers, contractors and CSH-engaged bank workers - are encouraged and empowered to speak up.
