Jane Dale Non-Executive Director Jane has an extensive and diverse background in the NHS, after joining in 1982 as a student nurse. Since 2020, she has been a non-executive director at Ashford and St Peter’s NHS Foundation Trust. In this role she has chaired the quality committee, the people committee, acted as deputy chair and from 2022 onwards, been its senior independent director. Read more

Sarajane Poole Chief Nurse and Multi Professional Lead Sarajane joined CSH in October 2022 as our interim director of quality and chief nurse and took on the role full-time in October 2023. Since April 2026 her role has expanded to director of quality and people and she is also director of infection prevention and control. Read more
