MyHealth is a secure online service that helps you manage parts of your healthcare. 

You can access the MyHealth patient portal on your:

  • Mobile phone
  • Tablet
  • Computer

What can I do in the MyHealth patient portal?

You can:

  • View your upcoming appointments
  • Check appointment dates, times and locations
  • Ask simple questions about your appointment, such as how to get there

Accessing MyHealth

We will send you a link to the MyHealth patient portal. This may be sent via:

  • Text message (SMS)
  • Email
  • QR code on a letter or poster
  • Web address shown on a letter or poster

Select the link to open the patient portal.

Click Continue to NHS Login and enter:

  • Your email address
  • Your password
  • The security code sent to your phone

This helps keep your personal health information secure.

Don't have an NHS Login?

If you do not already have an NHS Login account, select Create NHS account and follow the on-screen instructions.

You will only need to register once.

Viewing your appointments

Once signed in, you can:

  • See your upcoming appointments
  • View appointment details, including date, time and location

Using the virtual assistant - Mia

The patient portal includes a virtual assistant called Mia to help answer appointment-related questions.

For example, you can ask:

  • How do I get to my appointment?
  • Where is my appointment located?

You can interact with the assistant by:

  • Typing your question
  • Selecting from available response options
