About this service

We will assess your child’s food, feeding and medical condition, as well as your circumstances. We will then work with you and the team to decide what nutrition, food and feeding help your child's needs.

Who is it for?

The community paediatric dietetic service offers dietetic management and support to children, aged 0 – 18 years, registered with a GP in the Surrey Downs area.

Who will I see?

We are a team of registered specialist paediatric dietitians and a dietetic assistant practitioner.

We will work with you, your doctors, nurses, health visitors, speech therapists, physiotherapists, occupational therapist and many others.

Where is this service provided?

  • Remote clinics (telephone/video consultations)
  • Face to face clinics at Dorking Clinic, Tattenham Health Centre and Woodlands School.
  • Home visits for selected enteral feeding and children with complex needs.

To make a referral, please use our Single Point of Access (SPA), which operates between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday.
