Chief Nurse and Multi Professional Lead

Sarajane joined CSH in October 2022 as our interim director of quality and chief nurse and took on the role full-time in October 2023. Since April 2026 her role has expanded to director of quality and people and she is also director of infection prevention and control.

Her previous NHS experience includes the Evelina London Children's Hospital, Kent Community Health and Homerton Healthcare in a variety of children's nursing roles.

Sarajane is an accredited quality improvement trainer and has presented at a national level on patient safety issues. She is passionate about listening to patients, families and staff to improve patient experience and drive forward the quality of care.

Sarajane used to play the cello as part of a string quartet but has paused her musical interests, to occasionally support her mother's cake baking business.

In her spare time, Sarajane can be found walking her dog Cookie, reading crime thrillers and travelling in and around Greece and Egypt, where she was born and raised.
