Sarajane joined CSH in October 2022 as our interim director of quality and chief nurse and took on the role full-time in October 2023. Since April 2026 her role has expanded to director of quality and people and she is also director of infection prevention and control.
Robert Hudson joined CSH Surrey in September 2021 and took on the role of director of finance in November 2021.
Nicola joined CSH Surrey in June 2026 as our new chief operating officer.
Nicola has a background in NHS leadership, spanning operations, corporate, and commissioning roles and was formerly the deputy chief strategy and transformation officer at Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust.
Dr Mohsin Salahuddin joined CSH Surrey in September 2025 in the role of medical director.
Dr Salahuddin is a practising GP at the Hythe Medical Centre and also serves as clinical director for North West Surrey Integrated Care Services (NICS).
