Renée Padfield brings over 30 years of diverse experience across health and social care to her role as chief executive of CSH Surrey.
With a strong foundation as a social worker, Renée has dedicated much of her career to enhancing mental health services, demonstrating a deep commitment to community well-being.
For the past four and a half years, she served as executive director of operations at First Community Health and Care, an employee-owned social enterprise, where she championed innovative approaches to community health. Her passion lies in fostering partnership and integrated working, ensuring that services are not only effective but also accessible to those in need.
Renée's expertise extends beyond operational leadership; she has over 10 years of experience in commissioning, equipping her with a comprehensive understanding of both service delivery and strategic planning. Her commitment to the sector is further exemplified by her role as a board trustee at St. Catherine’s Hospice in Pease Pottage, where she contributes to the governance and strategic direction of the organisation.
As a proud Nye Bevan alumni, Renée is dedicated to upholding the principles of community care and health integration. Residing on the beautiful south coast with her husband, Ricky, and their two dogs, Robbie and Dennis, she enjoys gardening, walking, reading, and listening to audiobooks. A passionate Harry Potter fan, Renée has recently taken up horse riding, embracing new challenges and adventures.
Under her leadership, CSH Surrey is poised to continue its mission of providing outstanding community health services, driven by a vision of integrated care and collaboration.
