Nicola joined CSH Surrey in June 2026 as our new chief operating officer.
Nicola has a background in NHS leadership, spanning operations, corporate, and commissioning roles and was formerly the deputy chief strategy and transformation officer at Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust.
Her operational experience includes leading clinical services across physical health, mental health and acute care, which makes her a versatile leader well-suited to our diverse healthcare environment.
Nicola is a collaborative, systems-focused leader, who excels at bringing teams and partner organisations together. Her leadership style is defined by a commitment to designing integrated, person-centred care that prioritises the needs of local communities.
One of her passions is workforce development, having led an award-winning apprenticeship programme. She is dedicated to empowering staff through growth and new career pathways and takes a very keen interest in digital technologies.
Outside of her professional life, Nicola enjoys spending time with her family and their dog, Tarzan. When not walking Tarzan by the beach, she is likely to be at a sporting event, supporting friends and family.
